Q1:What BMS is in the battery box?
XIHO are Official distributor of JK/ PACE/ JBD brand and Supply other safety DIY Pack accessories together Just show us what kinds of BMS you need.We use the 100/150/200A BMS in the box with CAN/RS485/RS232 Communications.
Q2:Do you provide after-sales serive?
Yes, the warranty is usually 1 years, If you purchase battery cells from our company, the warranty period will be extended to 5 years. If there is broken item under quality problem within warranty time, take the test pictures or video to us,we will replace it or give satisfied solution.
Q3:Can I buy the completed battery pack?
Sure, because our battery box does not include the cells, please leave a message to us if you want the completed battery system.
Q4: I have my own logo, can I print my logo in the battery pack?
Yes,we accept customizing the logo, but need larger quantity(>10 sets), if you need sample first, welcome to contact us.
Q5:Does the DIY kit contain batteries?
Not including battery cells, see above packing list. Alternatively, you can contact our sales team to request the DIY Kits list.
Q6:What should I do if I don't know how to install the battery box after receiving it?
This kit is particularly easy to install and we have a detailed installation video as well as instructions.You can also contact us anytime if need help.
