What if my parcel is seized by Customs?

If your items can't be cleared from the customs, please contact us first. We will conduct further investigations with the shipping company on your behalf.

Yes. Once we have received an order and payment has been cleared, the invoice will be sent to you via email.

How do I know if my payment has been received?

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order. You can also visit our store and log into your customer account to check the order status at any time. If we has received payment, the order status will show "Processing".

Yes, we do. We accept pay 30% Deposit first, and pay the rest 70% balance before delivery.

Yes. CIF to major ports (e.g., Jebel Ali Port) is available. DDP terms require further negotiation.

Who is responsible for customs duties?
A

Depending on the trade terms, the person responsible for import and export duties and customs clearance is different. Under DDP terms, the seller's shipping company is responsible for duties and customs clearance. Under CIF/FOB terms, import and export duties are borne by the seller.
