What is a LiFePo4 battery? And what are its advantages?
A

LFP battery uses LiFePO4 as the cathode material. The battery composed of LFP material has long service life, long cycle, large discharge power, high stability, high cost performance and is very friendly to the environment. The life cycle of each battery can be recycled more than 4000~10000 times and used for about ten years. In the past, the cycle life of our commonly used lead-acid battery was less than 400 times, the service life was about two years, and the volume was large and bulky. In contrast, the performance of lithium battery is better than that of lead-acid battery, which is a new choice for people to buy batteries.

How to distinguish the grade of the cells?
A

Grade A batteries have original factory data and original QR codes,  all indicators meet the specifications and have the original manufacturer's warranty.
Grade B batteries generally do not have QR codes or the QR codes are erased, or marked with B codes. The batteries may have size deviations, insufficient capacity, excessive internal resistance, appearance defects, poor discharge performance, etc. However, some minor problems still do not affect the use of energy storage.
Grade C batteries, which have no specific standards, are generally classified as recycled batteries.

What is the working temperature of a lifepo4 battery?
A

The working limit temperature of lithium iron phosphate battery is generally -40~60℃. When the temperature is below 0℃, the performance of the battery is seriously reduced and the activity is seriously reduced. Therefore, below 0℃ is the low temperature stage. When the temperature is above 40℃, the SOC of the battery may reach 1.1, so above 40℃ is the high temperature stage. The working temperature of lithium electronics is generally 0~40℃.

Generally speaking, the cycle life of LFP can reach more than 4,000 times,80%DOD(as EVE 280Ah more than 8000+times,Hithium 280Ah more than 10000+times), and NMC is about 2,000 times,80%DOD.

Why is my tracking number invalid?

Tracking information is usually displayed within 2-3 business days after shipment. If the tracking number cannot be searched after this time period, there may be several reasons.
The shipping company has not updated the latest status of the delivery information on the website; the tracking code of the package is incorrect; the package has been delivered for a long time and the information has expired; some shipping companies will delete the tracking code history.
We recommend that you contact our dedicated customer service department and provide them with your order number. We will contact the shipping company on your behalf and notify you once we have any further information.

If Customs duties are incurred, who is responsible for them?
A

Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipments entering a specific country or region. All shipments being sent to or from region must clear Customs first. It is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant Customs duties. We do not add taxes, VAT, duty, or any other hidden charges.
