We shipped 70 pieces of EVE 3.2V 668Ah LiFePO4 battery cells to a customer in Australia today. Before shipment, each cell went through voltage and internal resistance testing. All readings were recorded and verified to make sure every cell met the required specifications.
The image below shows torque testing being performed on the terminal bolts. Proper torque values were confirmed to ensure secure connections and long-term reliability.
Each cell then passed a thorough appearance inspection. Our team checked for any surface defects, scratches, or irregularities on the casing before packaging.
