We started by measuring voltage and internal resistance on each CATL 52.5Ah cell. All 50 units passed our strict standards before being cleared for shipment to the USA, ensuring consistent quality and performance for the customer.
The next step was torque testing on the terminal bolts to confirm proper tightening. After that, each cell went through a full appearance check for any surface defects, scratches, or damage. Only cells that passed all inspections moved on to packaging
Once all checks were complete, the cells were securely packed with protective materials. The final photo shows all 50 CATL 3.2V 52.5Ah cells packaged and ready for shipment to the USA market.
