Today we loaded up a fresh shipment of 32kWh battery pack and 34kWh battery pack units headed for the United States. Before any of them get anywhere near the packaging line, our team runs a full visual inspection on each unit. We check the casing for dents or scratches, look over the terminals and wiring, and make sure everything is clean and properly seated. If a pack shows any visible flaw, it gets pulled right there – no exceptions. Only the units that pass cleanly move forward to packaging and final dispatch.
The customer told us they picked us because of our service and the fact that we don't skip the important checks. Beyond the visual inspection, every pack goes through a voltage test and an internal resistance test before it ships. Our team also stays in touch throughout the process, answering questions and keeping the customer updated. Our goal is simple: deliver reliable battery packs that hold up in real-world energy storage projects. For the customer, that means when these packs arrive on site and get connected into their energy storage system, they can trust the voltage is balanced, the resistance is low, and the performance will be stable from the first cycle. No weak cells hiding in the batch.
The customer also told us they chose us for our packaging. They've seen shipments arrive damaged before, and they wanted to make sure that wasn't going to happen here. We take that seriously. Each pack gets secured individually, cushioned with protective padding, and the cartons are strapped down tight on pallets. The goal is simple: when this shipment lands in the US, you open the boxes and everything is exactly as it left our warehouse – intact, clean, and ready to install.
