Today, an order including 15kWh and 16kWh battery packs along with matching lithium batteries has been packed and shipped to Russia. Thanks to our September promotion, the client combined battery packs and lithium batteries in one order. We have completed unified inspection, packaging, and arranged joint shipment.
Before packaging, we conducted strict appearance inspections on every battery pack. This included checking for scratches or deformation, ensuring wheels rotate smoothly, verifying handles and strapping lines are secure, and inspecting interfaces and displays. Only units passing this visual check proceed to the next stage, ensuring clients receive tidy and structurally sound equipment.
After passing the visual check, we performed voltage and internal resistance tests. Measuring open-circuit voltage confirms normal charge levels, while internal resistance testing identifies stable cell connections and avoids aging or false welding risks. Our goal is simple: to provide reliable battery packs for real-world energy storage projects. These tests guarantee the stable performance of the client’s energy storage system on-site, maximizing their operational benefits.
For packaging, clients value our robust protection. Considering long-distance transit, we used stretch film and strapping bands with "DO NOT STACK" warnings. Each pack is fixed independently with buffer materials to prevent movement. We aim for zero bumps or knocks, ensuring your goods arrive intact.
