Q1:What BMS is in the battery box?
We use the 100/150/200A BMS in the box with CAN/RS485 Communications.
Q2:Is the battery used in the battery pack grade A?
Yes, we only use Grade A and Brand new cells inside.
Q3:Do you test and match the battery before installing the battery pack?
Yes, every cell will be tested capacity, IR, voltage to surely match
Voltage:The deviation less than 0.01V
Resistance:The deviation less than 0.1mΩ
Capacity: Tested and label the data on each cell
Q4:How do I store my batteries?
When the product is not in use for a long time, it should be stored in a dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse at 10°C～35°C, avoiding inflammable and explosive materials; the battery pack should be charged and maintained regularly every three months to ensure that the battery best performance state.
Q5:What's the warranty of your 48V/51.2V battery pack?
5 years warranty, if there is broken item under quality problem within warranty time, take the test pictures or video to us,we will replace it or give satisfied solution.
