Brunp Cycle has launched a revolutionary "one-step" lithium battery recycling process, with a lithium-ion battery recycling rate of over 95% and a cost reduction of 40%.
Traditional lithium-ion battery recycling relies on complex acid leaching processes, which have problems such as high pollution, high energy consumption, and low lithium recovery rate (usually less than 80%). China's leading power battery manufacturing company Brunp Recycling (CATL's core supplier) recently announced that its independently developed "one-step" lithium-ion battery recycling technology has achieved a major breakthrough, successfully increasing the lithium recovery rate in lithium-ion batteries to more than 95%, while reducing the overall cost by 40%. This technology will significantly enhance the value of lithium-ion batteries throughout their life cycle and help the global energy transition.
