The case for large cells is straightforward. Inside a standard 20-foot container, a bigger cell means fewer cells, fewer parts, less wiring, and lower balance-of-system cost. But scaling from 200Ah-class to 500Ah-class is not just enlargement. Coating, calendering, winding, and electrolyte filling all need re-engineered processes. And the larger the cell, the more energy sits in one unit—so thermal runaway becomes harder to contain.

This version targets the low-cost, long-life path. It is built for grid-side storage, renewable bases, and peak shaving. With high-precision stacking, low-swelling anode material, and dual-tab current collection, the cell improves current carrying and cuts internal resistance. For operators, that means lower maintenance cost and steadier cycle behavior in utility-scale energy storage system deployments.
Qiankun 587Ah Hybrid Solid-Liquid Storage Cell
This version targets the high-safety path. It is aimed at city-center sites, AI data centers, and chemical parks where fire risk is not acceptable. Nano-oxide solid electrolyte coating reduces lithium dendrite risk, while in-situ polymerized gel electrolyte lowers interface impedance and raises the flash point. In severe abuse tests—extreme crush, full cut, 200°C oven, and open-flame exposure—the cell avoids smoke, fire, and propagation.
6.5GWh Dedicated Line Brings Automotive-Grade Quality Into Storage
