Today we shipped 120 pieces of EVE 3.2V 235Ah LiFePO4 battery cells to our customer in Thailand. Before packing, each cell underwent strict voltage and internal resistance testing. All readings were recorded and verified to ensure every cell met factory specification requirements for consistent performance and reliability.
After electrical testing, each cell went through torque testing on the terminal bolts. Every bolt was tightened and checked using a calibrated torque wrench to confirm proper contact pressure. This step ensures secure connections and prevents loosening during transport or installation, with all torque values meeting the required standard.
Each cell then passed a thorough appearance inspection. Our team checked for any surface defects, scratches, dents, or irregularities on the casing. Only cells that passed this visual check proceeded to packaging. The 120 cells were then carefully packed with foam protection, secured in cartons, and labeled for international transport to Thailand.
