Today we shipped 12 sets of battery packs to a customer in Italy. These packs are designed for home energy storage, helping Italian households store solar power, manage energy bills, and keep backup power ready when needed.
This shipment was special — the customer requested custom logo printing on the battery pack enclosures. We fully support OEM services, and our team worked closely with the buyer to ensure the logo placement, color, and finish matched their branding requirements exactly. The final result was approved before packing.
Before shipment, every pack underwent a full round of quality checks. We started with voltage and internal resistance testing on each battery module — all readings were recorded and verified to ensure every unit met specification. Then each pack went through a thorough appearance inspection, with our team checking casings, terminals, busbars, and connectors for any defects or irregularities.
After all tests passed, the packs were carefully packed with foam protection and sealed in cartons. Each finished package was then weighed, and the final gross weight was shared with the customer for logistics confirmation. This extra step ensures there are no surprises at customs or during final delivery.
